Using the DIstrict 6 Lineup Cards

Use Official D6 Lineup Cards

Please use the official lineup cards during all District 6 games. If you go on to represent the DIstrict in higher play, take the pack remaining from the D6 tournament you won. Because, the District stressed the importance in properly accounting for pitch eligibility,  mandatory play, and pitch counts, the D6 lineup cards include several important features to help you - and the umpires - track the needed information.

See a quick video [1:55] covering the features of the District 6 lineup card by clicking the image.

Little League Tournament Rules

RULE #1: You MUST demonstrate, encourage, and support SAFETY and GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP.

International Tournament (i.e., 'All-star Tournament') rules are slightly different than those used during the regular season.  Rules for All-Stars are found in the "Tournament" section of the rulebook.  But, more importantly, many rules are enforced by umpires during All-Stars that may not have been enforced during the regular season.  It is your responsibility to know the rules. Further, you must understand they will be enforced against you should you, your team, or parents break them.

PLAYING RULES [coming soon]

For a summary of the All-Stars rules, go to Kevin Hunter's Tournament Rule Summary Page and access or download the 2025 Baseball or 2025 Softball summary sheets.

--> 2025  Baseball Tournament Rules

PLEASE NOTE:

Remember that the information above is intended as a summary "cheat sheet" of the various tournament rules.  They do not cover every possible circumstance, and are not a substitute for reading and fully understanding the tournament rules section of the Official Playing Rules.
