Register for your League's teams for the District 6 Tournament of Champions. Only teams registered and paid will be included in the tournament. Contact us if you have any questions or difficulty successfully registering your teams.

PLEASE NOTE: Each League  is limited to ONE Majors division team and TWO Minor Division teams. There is no limit to the number of Junior or Intermediate teams a League may enter. 

Option 1:  Register Your Team(s) and Pay By Credit Card
You will use the best league email and provide credit card info during the registration process.

Option 2: Register Your Team(s) and Pay By Check
You will complete the form and then forward a check to the District for the amount due.


     

All teams must register and pay by May 2, 2025 to be included in the tournament.

Remember, each team must have a Team Binder reviewed by District Staff prior to playing in the tournament.  The binder must include:

EACH TEAM:
1. Team Roster Sheet (complete and print)
2. Game Brackets (printout "bracket" below)
3. 2025 District TOC Rules (coming)
5. Pitch Record (or official scorebook) showing prior week of games
6. Dress Code (printout)
7. Diamond Leader Training (managers & coaches to complete)

FOR EACH PLAYER:
1 Proof of Age
2. Proof of Residency
3. Code of Conduct *
4. Concussion Certification *
5. Cardiac Arrest Info Sheet *
6. Release and Waiver *
7. Medical Release *

* Must be completed and printed by a parent/guardian for each player (Found on the Documents page)
